Today's post is for all those not so organized people. Of course, I am one of them 😃. Ever happened? When you decide to do something from a particular day, but then you forgot it or you were too lazy to even work upon it. I am sure all of us have decided many times to start exercising or to hit the gym, but then we forget about it when the day actually comes. Some of you might stick to it, but for initial days only; and later we tend to get careless about it day by day.

A single change in your habits can eventually change your lifestyle.

A Daily Journal can be that one change
Yes! Writing your goals daily can help you to achieve those short term or long term goals.



So I thought how to be a little more organized! Let's try a Journal this time. So I got this beautiful Journal by Matrika's Stationery, what impressed me most is their designs and variety. The way these journal look can steal all the limelight around.

They have 4 options to choose from:



1) To Dream: In a beautiful Pink Color with a golden butterfly designed on it
2) To Fly:  In a beautiful dark Olive green color with a Dragon Fly design on it
3) To Write: In red color with a beautiful feather design on it.

For each option, they have a different design. I chose mine "To Fly"

Overall the color combination and design look so prominent.

The Creative  Woman's Journal

A journal  for the creative woman who uses the dairy to write her dreams and escape to a different place.

The inside pages have 8 coloring pages made of delightful and detailed design inspired by nature these can be used for coloring , shading and doodling activities which are known to be therapeutic and stress relieving.
This journal also contains sticker pages, this is what made me more excited about this. I can write my current mood or a thought and just paste a sticker according to it to make it more creative and fun. It will become a wonderful memory when you read that corner again and feel nostalgic.

Today I will be talking about the two Kitchen ingredients which you would have never thought has skin Benefits. Mostly used in Indians Kitchens and all over the world.

Hi all, My love for Organic products has no end. The best thing about organics is if they don't do any good, they won't either harm you.
I got my hands on this organic cream lately. It is a night cream by Khadi Natural. Khadi is popular for its organic hair products and this is the first time I am using their skin care product.
My skin just can't bear summers. I get dry patches so often; hence a moisturizing night cream is a must have for me.

How I Use this Cream:
I am using this at night. This is part of my daily CTM (cleansing, toning & moisturizing) routine.
I apply this after toning and then leave it overnight. This cream helps to restore the natural moisture of the skin.

Ingredients :


Apple extract, Green tea extract, Rose water, Olive oil, citrus lemon, almond oil, wheatgerm oil, licorice, aloe vera extract, ashwagandha, turmeric, base qs

My Experience:


The cream's texture is velvety and I loved the fragrance. I feel hydrated whenever I apply this. It makes my skin feel relaxed and glowing. It leaves the skin softer in the morning. I feel don't feel dryness or oiliness. My skin feels softer. I was having a little dry patch on my cheek, which was healed by this cream in just 4 days. Now, what else do you need?
I would definitely recommend this to all who have dry skin.

Turmeric Or Haldi is used in almost all the Indian Families. It has antiseptic & anti-bacterial properties which not only heals cuts and burn but also keeps the infection away and, not to forget it is also beneficial for your skin in many ways. we all have witnessed "Haldi  Rasam" in Indian weddings where a paste made up of Haldi, Ubtan & rose water mixed together to make a thick paste. later it is applied to the Bride-to-be to give her a glowing look. it is one of the traditional ways used for skin lightening.



Turmeric has so many other skin benefits it can be used for Anti-aging, oily skin, Dull skin,  acne prone skin and skin pigment.

I am sharing some home-made face mask made up of turmeric for skin benefits:



1) For Oily skin:

For this mask you will need; half teaspoon of turmeric + 1 tablespoon Gram floor + 1 table spoon of rose water


2) Anti-aging:

Half teaspoon of turmeric + half table spoon of Green tea + 1 table spoon of Honey + 1 table spoon of Gram floor + rose water (for making the paste in thick consistency)


3) Skin tan:

1 table spoon of Gram floor + half table spoon of turmeric + 1 table spoon aloe vera gel + 1 table spoon of Lemon juice


4) Acne Prone skin:

1 Table spoon Multani mitti + 2-3 drops of tea tree essential oil + half table spoon honey + half teaspoon turmeric + Neem Powder  (People with sensitive skin do not use this mask.)


5) Acne-prone (sensitive skin):

half teaspoon turmeric + 1 table spoon raw honey.




Application:

• Mix all the ingredients well to make a thick paste
• Wash your face and pat dry
• Apply the paste on your face
• leave it for 15 - 20 mins and rinse off with water
• Apply the paste once or twice a week 

I have used these homemade face mask and trust me you get results too, but you'll have to be a little patient with Natural remedies.

Hi All,

Today's post is about falling hairs and methods to cure, I have been through the worst hair fall last year, I did Chemical smoothing and within one month of taking the treatment, my hair started falling like anything. I was so worried about my hairs and for rejuvenating them the first step I took was say "NO" to chemicals. I stopped using the shampoo recommended by the hair stylist as it was doing no good to my hairs.
