Today I will be talking about the two Kitchen ingredients which you would have never thought has skin Benefits. Mostly used in Indians Kitchens and all over the world.

Ginger for Blemishes & Scaring:
Ginger contains Toning & Antioxidants properties that can reduce scars it also even out the skin tone and improves elasticity.   

Take one teaspoon of Ginger juice  + 1 teaspoon of rose water.

Apply this juice with the help of a cotton ball on the scar or pigmented area. Do It once daily you will notice the difference within one month of regular use. 

Ginger for Anti aging & Tanning:
Again the antioxidant properties of ginger help prevent early aging as well as tanning.

Take 1 tablespoon of ginger juice + 1 tablespoon of green tea+ half teaspoon lemon juice + 1 tablespoon honey + 1 tablespoon rose water. 

Mix all the ingredients and apply this mask for 15 mins and then wash it off with cold water.


Ginger for Hairs:

Ginger helps in reducing dandruff and promotes hair growth. It has all the essential vitamins and minerals to strengthen your hairs. Its antiseptic properties help in reducing dandruff.

Hair Mask :

1 tablespoon of Ginger Juice + 1 tablespoon castor oil + 4 tablespoon yogurt (depending on your hair length) + 1 tablespoon coconut oil.

Mix all the ingredients well and apply the mask on your hairs from roots to tip. leave It for 1 hour and then wash It off with your regular shampoo followed by conditioner.


Hair oil:


Take 2 tablespoon coconut oil + 1 tablespoon ginger juice+ 1 tablespoon castor oil

Apply the mixture on your scalp, massage well and leave It for 1 hour and wash It off.

Black Pepper:



Black pepper for pigmentation & Fine lines:

Black pepper is a detoxifier rich in iron, magnesium, vitamins C & K. It has anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps reduce fine lines and pigmentation. It can be used to Exfoliate the skin for removing blackheads and removing dead skin.
Add this magical ingredient to your daily diet for your skin and get rid of all aging symptoms.

Take a pinch of black pepper + One tablespoon thick yogurt

Apply it on your face Leave it for 5 mins and wash It off with regular face wash.


Note: Don't take too much of pepper and take a patch test in advance for sensitive skin.
